• To reflect the culture of the people of Aotearoa New Zealand
    • To present the work of female choreographers, both through recreating historic works and in creating new works.
    • To foster the training and provision of opportunities for women in dance.
    • To be financially successful and professionally managed.
    • To create accessable choreographic work.
    • To maintain an artistic and managerial focus that is empowering to all.
    • To enlarge the audience for contemporary dance.
    • To challenge stereotypes about woman's body image and societal roles.
    • To provide positive roles models for women in dance.
    • To be an active voice in the arts and business community.

    CURVE   is currently working towards their upcoming season, creating new contemporary dance works and contributing to the cultural life of the community.

    CURVE  is looking for offers of support from the community, in the form of:

    commercial projects
    performance venues
    sponsorship arrangements
    collaborative projects with other artists
    philanthropic donations
